Policies & Procedures

Each of my clients are very important to me!  Because of this, all that I do is for you   As such, I have outlined some of my most important business policies and procedures to enforce standards for all sessions. Please note that additional policies and procedures may be included in contracts and agreements outside of the ones listed below. 


Booking Procedure

In order to hold your spot for the agreed upon session, I require a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total session fee that must be paid in full no later than 3 days before the session date.  A session date will not be reserved until the 50% is paid.  The Client agrees that this is a non-refundable payment.


Cancellation Policy

In the event I need to cancels for any reason, all money paid towards this session will be refunded in full within 5 days from the notice of cancellation. 



If you need to cancels the shoot for any reason the initial payment will NOT be refunded. If you fail to pay the final balance within 3 days prior to the session date, I reserve the right to cancel the session, and you will forfeit the initial payment.


Rescheduling / Late Arrivals

In the event that you requests to reschedule the session, upon rescheduling the session the initial payment will be applied to the new session date. The rescheduled date must take place within one calendar year from the original session date. Any one participating who arrives late to the session will have that time deducted from the total session time. 


Travel and Location Costs

Any fees associated with the location that you have chosen for the session, will be paid for directly to the location by you.


Image Delivery

After the session day you receive proof of photos no later than 30 days after the date of the session, via private gallery. Images will be available for download for a minimum of 30 days after delivery, and no longer than 12 months. You are responsible for downloading the images in a timely manner. 


Adult/Parent Presence: The parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of any minors shall be in attendance for all communications and events. 


Copyright

I shall retain copyright ownership of all works created during portrait sessions, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats.
